Humayun Ahmed’s cofin arrived in Dhaka Shahjalal International Airport at 8:54 am on Monday morning. Humayun Ahmed’s dead body carries an Emirates Airlines flight.
Humayun Ahemd’s two brothers Dr. Muhammad Jafar Iqbal & Ahsan Habib his son Nuhash and daughters Sheela and Nova were present at the airport to receive the Humayun’s body.
Humayun Ahmed’s wife Meher Afroz Shaon, his two sons Nishad and Ninit, mother-in-law Tahura Ali MP, Senjuti (Shaown’s sister) are both in the flight.
Humayun’s body will be taken to National Eidgah for janaza after paying respect to the noted writer in Shaheed Minar.
Humayun’s janaza was held National Eidgah. His dead bodies will keep the Central Shaheed Minar, after janaza.
His wife Meher Afroz Shaon told at Dhaka airport, his last wish was “Nuhash Palli”.
